Limón Dance Company

Founded by modern dance titan José Limón in 1946, the company returns to the Joyce with three slightly differing programs. All include Limón's Missa Brevis (1958) and The Unsung (1970) and current artistic director Colin Connor's new The Body Is a House Without Walls. Joining them on the bills are three 2017 works commissioned by the company: Rosie Herrera's Querida Herida (May 8–10), Adam Baruch's Conjurations (May 11, 12) and Yin Yue's No Room for Wandering (May 12, 13).
