K'Arts Ballet: Song of the Mermaid

Kim Sun-hee, the dean of dance at Korea National University of Arts, creates a new ballet from Hans Christian Andersen's cautionary fish-out-of-water tale, The Little Mermaid, featuring an original score by Hana Ryou. In the U.S. premiere, Mariinsky Ballet principal Kimin Kim plays the prince; SooBin Lee and Seonmee Park share the role of the mermaid.
