The Crossing the Line Festival presents the NYC premiere of a defining 1995 work by Parisian choreographer Bel, whose "non-dance" approach has made him a significant—and controversial—figure in the performance world. In keeping with its stripped-down aesthetic, the piece is performed in the nude. (In a related Bel project at the Museum of Modern Art from October 27 through 31, MoMA staff members choreograph pieces to be performed in the museum's Marron Atrium.)
