Fridays at Noon: Charles Askegard

The newly retired New York City Ballet principal presents the premiere of a piece he created in collaboration with artist Will Cotton and composer John Zorn. In addition, Askegard and Jennie Somogyi perform Entwine, a pas de deux choreographed for the pair by Margo Sappington. The program includes a discussion about the formation of Ballet Next, the troupe Askegard has formed with former American Ballet principal Michele Wiles.
