"Dance & Fashion"

The Museum at FIT explores the reciprocal influence of dance and fashion in a new exhibition. Organized by the museum's director, Dr. Valerie Steele, the display features costumes and fashions from the 19th century to the present, including pieces worn by recognizable dancers and created by notable designers. The exhibition will also include art by David Michalek, featuring Wendy Whelan, and photographs by fashion photographer Anne Deniau, also known as Ann Ray.
