Big Dance Theater: The Road Awaits Us

Annie-B Parson's company performs two North American premieres: The Road Awaits Us, adapted from an absurdist play by Eugene Ionesco and performed by a group of seasoned veterans; and Ballet Dance, a duet that draws from two centuries of ballet traditions. Rounding out the bill is Cage Shuffle: redux, a solo in which Paul Lazar speaks a series of one-minute lectures by John Cage while executing movement by Parsons.
