Time Out says

Jody Lee Lipes's new film, Ballet 422, which plays this week as part of the Tribeca Film Festival, is a delicate but generous glimpse into New York City Ballet and the ballet world. Following renowned young choreographer—and NYCB dancer—Justin Peck as he creates his Paz de la Jolla, the film takes time with its cast of characters, the interplay among the company's production teams and the artistic process. The film is short, but you'll feel as though you were in the room with the dancers all along.
