Adriana Pierce: Queer the Ballet

The Joyce's fortnight of collaborations with its new neighbor, the Chelsea Factory, begins with the first full night of works created under the aegis of Adriana Pierce's #QueertheBallet project, which aims toward a classical-ballet world that is more inclusive of queer women and nonbinary performers. The mixed bill, which features both existing and new works, includes performances by Cortney Taylor Key, Gabe Foley, Sierra Armstrong, Remy Young, Lenai Alexis Wilkerson, Miriam Miller, Devon Teuscher, Naomi Corti and Fleming Lomax.
