From its early-aughts status as a hipster hub to its most current standing as one of the most expensive neighborhoods in all of New York City, Williamsburg is primed for roasting. And at this comedy night at Cafe Balearica, some of the city’s best comics—including Eagle Witt, Derek Drescher, Chloe Lebranche, Torey Cole and Chris Barnes—will poke fun at the preternaturally cool Brooklynl ‘hood. "From Bedford to Bushwick, no dog walker or yoga studio is safe!," event organizers joke.
The show starts at 7:30pm on Friday, August 16, but join in on the fun early at 6:30pm at the upstairs bar for a pre-show cocktail hour, with specialty drinks provided by DOCE Mezcal.
