Stand Up for Heroes

In 2006, journalist Bob Woodruff suffered near-fatal head trauma while covering the war in Iraq; since his recovery he has carried on writing, reporting and fighting for the rights of injured military personnel. Over its life span, this show has raised more than $21 million in funds for post-9/11 service members and their families. Now in its eighth year, the show is bigger than ever, featuring acts by John Oliver, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Stewart and more.
