The fun and filthy Katz, who cut his teeth in the Bay Area before moving east, has his own episode of Comedy Central Presents and an album, If These Balls Could Talk. Though he revels in spooge and scat, his clever wordplay occasionally makes the blue stuff feel highbrow.
