Given that, you know, the entire future of the Free World is on the line, politics haven’t been that chuckle-worthy in the past few years, but Laugh Debate is here to change that. Held on Tuesday, August 20 at Caveat—fittingly coinciding with the Democratic National Convention—the interactive political standup show will feature a funny lineup of comedians including Mark Little, Brittany Carney, Gastor Almonte, Bailey Pope and Justin Catchens, who each will perform, campaign and debate for your presidential vote.
There will even be a skilled Kamala Harris impersonator, Sydney Duncan, tasked with presiding over the show. “At the end of the show, the crowd will elect a Comedy President and nothing much will change,” organizers joke.
