In 2018, Melissa Stokoski and Marcia Belsky took their brilliant satire Handmaid's Tale: The Musical from Union Hall to the Kennedy Center. Now, they're back with another hilarious attack on millennial excess, this time transplanting Tevye's iconic struggle from Anatevka to L-train-shutdown Williamsburg. The two are joined on stage for the original musical by all-stars Larry Owens, Rachel Wenitsky, Carmen Christopher, Jon Wan, Shayna Blass, Yedoye Travis, Shalewa Sharpe and accompanist Fernanda Douglas. How will this humble cast fare after leaving behind their Equinox for the uncertain lands of Astoria?
