Cream of White Wine Sauce

Comedian Edy Modica’s aptly named show, Cream of White Wine Sauce is coming to Gowanus. Through bizarre and equally hilarious anecdotes, the play sums up her Italian side of the family through a Jewish lens. “It is neighbors gossiping about a cousin who is in hospice for attention. It is exiling your Aunt Lillian for not putting powdered sugar on the cannoli's. It is a reality television show about priests locked in a house with no door,” Monica jokes.  Stop in for exaggerated tales about all things pasta, tongue piercings, and middle aged, Italian, suburban life. It will feature Chase Montovan, Francesca D'uva, Brian Fiddyment, Ike Ufomadu, Steve Girard, Jill Sermonte, Ian Faria, Brooke Eliot, Will Niedmann, Bardia Salimi, Joe Castle Baker, and opener, Sarah Wilson.
