New Year's at Public Records

This new Gowanus party space crowns its inaugural year of hi-fi sounds, stellar bills and intimate throwdowns with its first NYE event. Founder Francis Harris—the man also behind the Scissor and Thread label—heads the all-night lineup, which runs into a morning edition of the venue's Ambient Cafe series. A morning pass earns you a coffee and pastry in the AM hours; a Night + Day Pass offers the same plus midnight dancing privileges, a drink voucher and a selection of late night snacks.
