Pullen, a.k.a. the Kosmic Messenger, hit the scene alongside second-wave Detroit techno artists Carl Craig, Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin et al. He's also the founding father of the1998-birthed label Blackflag. Support comes from one of New York's finest rising DJs, Shahar, and the duo Minutia.
