Electric Zoo 2012 Day One

Made Event's Electric Zoo has, in just four years, become one of the country's leading electronic-dance-music hoedowns. This year's edition of the megafest once again services both the mainstream and—to a lesser extent—the underground.

Today's kickoff lineup has the likes of David Guetta, Above and Beyond, Laidback Luke, Hardwell, Nicky Romero and Ferry Corsten representing the former, and Luciano, Argy, Reboot, Frivolous, Mendo and Robert Dietz (all playing at the Cadenza label's Vagabundos tent) holding it down for the latter. And then there's the Fool's Gold tent, featuring A-Trak, Jack Beats, Tommy Trash, Brodinski and many more.
