Dances of Vice: Deco Japan & the Heart of the Modern Girl

Dances of Vice teams up with the Japan Society to present an evening with the moga (Japanese women of the 1920s who adopted Western fashions and mores), with the Kuni Mikami Jazz Quintet, featuring vocalist Mari Koga, performing live. The night opens with remarks from the Art Deco Society of New York's Kathryn Hausman, a fashion show comes courtesy of designer Mutsumi Gee's Allure Original Styles, and your entry fee garners you admission to the Deco Japan exhibit.
