Audion + Mike Shannon + Miguel Senquiz

Spectral Sound sachem and former Verboten resident Matthew Dear goes by a host of aliases—e.g. False and Jabberjaw—with "Audion" being reserved for his more jagged, percussive minimal techno antics. Despite the multiple identity crisis, his first Audion LP since 2005, Alpha, which just came out in June, is cohesive, pointed and remarkably distinctive.
