Scene spotlight: Filthy Gorgeous Burlesque Valentine's Spectacular

The night before Valentine's Day may have been cool and damp, but inside the Highline Ballroom, Filthy Gorgeous Burlesque was keeping its crowd cozy and warm. Hand-holding lovers and friends toasting each other's fabulousness basked in the fiery glow of some of the best performers the NYC scene has to offer. After an exciting opening set by brilliant '40s-referencing band the Hot Sardines, the crowd was treated to, among other delights, a performance by the New York City Burlesque Choir and the always-magnificent World Famous *BOB*.
