This partly improvised marathon "speaking opera" is the final staging in director Alex Waterman's Robert Ashley trilogy at the Whitney Biennial. Composed in 1968, and rarely seen since, these dates are a rare opportunity to explore the "happening" aesthetics of the legendary ONCE Group.
