This ensemble of recent Juilliard grads—a bright, recent addition to New York's early-music scene—has announced that its third season will deal with a wide swath of the concerto grosso literature. The players are making good on their word, out of the gate, with this initial program. The old school is covered with works by Stradella, Vivaldi and Telemann, while the next-gen side is represented by a new Huang Ruo piece, Distant Mountain, for period instruments.
