Richard Eyre's striking production of Bizet's tuneful drama returns to the Met, with Georgian mezzo Anita Rachvelishvili in the title role. Ekaterina Scherbachenko and Nikolai Schukoff debut as Micaëla and Don José, Teddy Tahu Rhodes plays Escamillo, and Michele Mariotti conducts.
