What does ramen, Baileys and dessert have in common? Dominique Ansel, naturally.
Good ol' Dom is teaming up with the Irish liqueur brand for his latest creation: ramen-inspired Baileys Bakeout Noodles, which feature kataifi "noodles" on top of a bread-and-butter pudding soaked through with Baileys Original Irish Cream and finished with a passionfruit "egg," waffle "nori" and "fishcakes" made of coconut marshmallow. You can trick the cup out even further with an accompanying packet of "hot sauce," which is really just cherry jam.
Two hundred lucky sweet tooths can get the noodles free and delivered right to their door between December 8th to 11th by entering into a online contest, which launches tomorrow at noon and runs through Wednesday, December 7th at midnight. Entrants must be above 21 years of age and must live in the delivery zone (Canal Street to 96th Street from the east to west sides) to receive the treats.
