We New Yorkers may give Chi-town a hard time when it comes to food—don't get us started on deep-dish pizza—but even we've got to give 'em Chicagoans credit where it's due: They know their way around a great burger. And one of the Windy City's best burger purveyors, Au Cheval, is coming to Gotham for a two-day residency at Chefs Club inside the Puck Building.

On October 9th, the Chicago restaurant's diner-style burger, trimmed with American cheese, a bespoke dijonaise and pickles, will have its own solo spotlight, but on the 10th, it will be sharing marquee space with Brooklyn burger-and-pizza favorite Emily, which will serve its own coveted patty, capped with Grafton cheddar, caramelized onions and their house Emmy Sauce on a pretzel bun. Both burgers will set you back $18 each and reservations via Opentable are open now. We'll see you there.
