NYC foodies, beware: your Instagram account is soon to be dominated by a colorful, triple-layer mega-doughnut, courtesy of Mark Isreal, the fritter genius behind the city's beloved Doughnut Plant.

Today, Isreal—who founded the four-location mini-chain in 1994—launched the bakery's newest, and zaniest, flavor to date. The Ripple boasts three levels of flash-fried goodness: a giant outer doughnut in a bright-pink cranberry flavor; a golden middle doughnut flavored with sweet potato; and a normal-sized interior doughnut that tastes of crystallized ginger.

The $24 Thanksgiving-themed monstrosity serves six to eight eaters, who can cut a wedge to enjoy all three complementary doughnuts or go to town on their favorite ring. FYI: for those already experiencing Thanksgiving fatigue, the Ripple also comes in Berry Parfait and Mochaccino varieties.
