The rent, it appears, is still too damn high.
New York remains the second most-expensive place in the country to rent after San Francisco, with rents for one-bedrooms going up even higher in July.
Zumper organized real estate data from the month to find the priciest and cheapest neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn. In Manhattan, not surprisingly, the neighborhoods that came out on top were Tribeca and Nomad.
