The three things you need to know today in New York: Mon November 27

1. Head to Hamilton trivia at McGarry’s tonight. The free event is much easier to get into than the hit Broadway show. 

2. Check out the new David Hockney exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The retrospective for the artist’s 80th birthday runs through February 25. 

3. Tree-lighting ceremonies start today in New York. First is the Lincoln Center tree, which is being lit at 5:30pm.
