If you still haven’t had a chance to see the Met Museum’s Costume Institute exhibition this summer, you now have six extra hours to do so.
The museum is staying open until midnight next Friday and Saturday (September 2 and 3) in order to accommodate art lovers who have yet to take in the tech-focused show. Though the other galleries in the museum will be closed, “Manus x Machina” and the Great Hall Balcony Bar will be open. What else do you need, really?
The exhibition had already been extended from its initial closing date of August 14. In the past, the museum also extended its hours for Costume Institute shows “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” and “China: Through the Looking Glass.”
