The Empire State Building has announced more details of its annual “ESB Unwrapped” program for the holidays. This year’s festivities are set to include holiday windows, Art Deco-inspired lobby decorations, special appearances by celebrities and a tower light show synchronized to holiday music.

“Once again, the Empire State Building warmly welcomes the holidays to New York City and shares the holidays in New York City with the world. We bring the holidays to the skyline with our magical music-to-light show. Our lobby holiday decorations are a must see,” said Anthony Malking, Chaiman and CEO of the Empire State Realty Trust in a statement.

The building’s window displays feature vignettes that incorporate models of the Empire State Building in various holiday scenes, and this year’s lobby decorations, in shades of gold, bronze and silver, draw inspiration from its Art Deco architecture.

The lights on top of the tower will once again illuminate in celebration of Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and there will also be a light show synchronized to holiday songs broadcast on iHeartMedia New York’s radio stations.

The seasonal festivities start this Wednesday and Thursday when the building will be illuminated in colors meant to represent Thanksgiving.
