The Christmas Tree is officially up in Rockefeller Center

America's Christmas tree (sorry, DC) has traveled all the way from Gardner, NY and now all 78 feet of it is standing proudly in the middle of Rockefeller Center like a ten-ton excuse to start drinking hot toddies. The Norwegian spruce was erected over the weekend and will soon be covered in 45,000 LED lights before the official lighting ceremony on December 2.
