Snag tickets to these epic-sounding chef-collaboration feasts next week

What's better than having one great New York chef cook for you? Having a bunch of great New York chefs cook for you. 

1. The First Annual Snacktacular
Former Roberta's comrades Max Sussman and Dan Ross-Leutwyler, now of the Cleveland and Fritz's Lunch Box respectively, are teaming up with Mile End drinksman Chris Balla for a night of communal dining and drinking at Fritzl's on Thursday, January 22nd. Feast on all-you-can-eat snacks paired with off-the-beaten-path beer and cider pairings with a $65 ticket. Two seatings will be held, at 6:30pm and 9pm. 

2. NYC Chef's Course
A veritable crew of female chefs kicks off the Cochon 555 weekend on Friday, January 23rd. From 6:30 to 9:30pm, Janine Booth will welcome celebrity chef Elizabeth Falkner, Missy Robbins, Pig and Khao's Leah Cohen and The Cecil's Mame Sow at her restaurant Root & Bone to whip up a "Pig Fried Chicken" dinner. The three-hour, one-night-only meal—yours with a $125 ticket—will feature canapés, an aged-prosciutto tasting, one course cooked by each of the chefs and German wine pairings.  

3. Wandering Dynasty's dim-sum brunch
Smorgasburg's Scharf & Zoyer is joining forces with Shelsky's and Dassara for a Lower East Side dim-sum repast at Crow Hill Supper Club on Sunday, January 25th, with seatings at noon and 3:30pm. With a $60 ticket, you can nosh on Szechuan rollmops and fried rice—featuring Shelsky's top-rate smoked fish—as well as matzoh brie foo young with pastrami, slow-roasted lamb shoulder and cholent buns, along with beverages including salmon-roe vodka shooters and bottles of Tsingtao.
