If you meet strict income requirements (and are luckier than a rabbit’s foot covered in four-leaf clovers) you could soon be living the high life on the High Line.

Applications are now being accepted for 75 affordable units in the Maestro West Chelsea building on West 29th Street.

The new luxury building features numerous enviable amenities including a rec room, roof deck, fitness center, bike storage, laundry room and an attended lobby.

Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedrooms apartments are currently up for grabs based on your annual household earnings. You can find out more about those requirements here. May the odds be ever in your favor.

All applications must be submitted no later than October 18.
