Hamilton has been back in the news in a big way of late which definitely hasn’t made it much easier to get tickets to the insanely popular show. Not that it ever was in the first place. But now, there’s a chance to get at least a little bit of that Hamilton action even if you’re not minor royalty or a showtune-loving pineapple heiress.
On December 4, the cast of the show will be putting on a free performance (featuring songs of their choosing as well as songs from the musical) for the general public at W New York. The $20 reserved seats have already sold out, but there will still be free, standing-room-only space available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The concert is part of the hotel’s “Broadway at W New York” series. Previous events have featured the casts of Motown: The Musical and Aladdin. Doors will open at 6:30pm and the show starts at 7pm.
