See an epic holiday train show in Grand Central for free this season

Tis the season... for holiday train shows! And Grand Central is bring back its 15th annual holiday train show, for free!

The exhibition features replicas of Metro-North, New York Central and subway trains leaving a tiny Grand Central Terminal. The train's platform is 34-feet long on two levels.

The exhibition can be found in the New York Transit Museum gallery annex and store shuttle passage, and it runs from now through February and is open Monday-Friday 8am–8pm and weekends 10am–6pm. So on your next commute, take a moment to stop amidst the chaos and imagine a more peaceful, mini world.
