See 10 resplendent photos of the double rainbow over NYC last night

The weather report yesterday put us in a gloomy mood, with its four inches of rain, thunderstorms and flash floods, but it turns out it wasn’t all bad news. Last night, New Yorkers took to Instagram to document the spectacular double rainbow backed by a cotton candy–pink sky, right in time for Pride in NYC. There was a solid arch stretching all the way across the horizon, with a faint double rainbow visible as well. We’ll take this over rainbow foods any day.
