When Sunday, September 17 arrives will you be finishing the last weekend of summer with Califunk-rock dudes Red Chili Peppers or getting elevated to the highest plane of dubstep nirvana with Bassnectar? (Of course, there's always a chance you'll seeing neither, at home falling asleep to a prestige drama.) Such are the questions anyone going to Meadows Festival has to ask themselves. The fest, happening September 15–17 at Citi Field, presents a number of interesting musical debates in the form of set time conflicts:
Nas vs. Weezer (Sunday, 6pm)
Broken Social Scene vs. Ghostface Killah (Sunday, 5pm)
Gorillaz vs. MIA (Saturday, 8:15 and 8:30pm)
BADBADNOTGOOD vs. Flatbush Zombies (Saturday, 2:15pm)
Migos vs. Sky Ferreira (Friday, 4pm)
Tegan & Sara vs. Joey Bada$$ (Friday, 5pm)
Before you get too worried though, rest assured that Jay-Z will have Friday night all to himself as the night's headliner.
