Good news, surf-and-turf lovers: line-inducing hit U.K. chainlet Burger & Lobster is making its stateside debut in a sprawling, 13,000-square-foot space in Flatiron, boasting two levels, 340 seats, two full-service bars and a saltwater lobster tank big enough for 4,000 crustaceans.

Just like at their five locations across the pond, the menu is as simple and straightforward as its name: Diners have the option of either a ten-ounce Pat LaFrieda hamburger, a lobster roll or a-pound-and-a-half whole lobster (served broiled or grilled) from chef Danny Lee, each served with fries and a salad for a set price of $20, a steal compared to London's £20 rate. Beer, wine and cocktails are also available, as well as rotating dessert options. 39 W 19th St between Fifth and Sixth Aves (646-833-7532, burgerandlobster.com)
