Let out your inner party animal at the first-ever Brew at the Zoo in the Bronx

If you've ever wanted to a spend a night partying with sea lions, now's your chance.

The Bronx Zoo will be opening up like never before on October 29 with its first-ever “Brew at the Zoo” event giving guests the opportunity to explore the iconic institution while sipping on craft beer and enjoying DJs and live entertainment.

The Halloween-weekend bash will feature more than 40 craft breweries serving more than 100 variations of ales, lager, porters, IPAs and more. There will also be food on hand from Luke’s Lobster, Wafels & Dinges and local Arthur Avenue restaurants to name a few.

And of course, since it’s a party two days from Halloween, there will also be a costume contest. Time to get that giraffe costume out of storage!

The Zoo’s historic Astor Court will be bumping between 7pm and 11pm with live music, DJs, dancing, games, live entertainment. Select exhibits including Madagascar!, World of Reptiles and the sea lion pool will also be open for guests to check out over the course of the evening.
