Jingle Bell Rocks! comes to Village East on Monday

Is it too soon to be sick of Christmas songs? No! But if you are the Grinch and have a problem hearing Karen Carpenter sing "Merry Christmas Darling" while you're shopping for toilet paper at Duane Reade, we suggest you head to Village East Cinema (189 Second Ave at 12th St) on Monday 8 at 7pm for their special screening of Jingle Bell Rocks!, a 2013 documentary about less-popular holiday songs from the likes of Run-D.M.C., the Flaming Lips and more.
