If you’re sick of losing the Hamilton lottery, here’s something else you should apply for: apartments in these new luxury towers. In case you missed it, the towers at 626 First Avenue are now accepting applications for the brand-spankin’-new apartments, and this week is your last chance to apply.
The 49-story American Copper Buildings are currently under construction by the East River, and they come with access to a spa, rooftop lounge and gym. Oh, and there’s also going to be a floating pool suspended between them.
So when can you move in? If you meet the household income requirements, you can apply online in a lottery right now. There are 160 rooms up for grabs, including one-bedrooms for $895 per month and studios for $833 per month.
