Ice skate with Olympians for free at The Rink at Brookfield Place

If you haven't done so already, now's the time to go ice-skating in NYC while all of the rinks are open and festively decorated. If you're particularly interested in perfecting your axel or if you're just a huge figure skating fan, The Rink at Brookfield Place (230 Vesey St) has a very special event planned for December 18. 

Olympic ice skating duo and married couple Melissa Gregory and Denis Petukhov will be hitting the slick stuff for their The Magic of Beauty Holiday and Ice Show, which includes additional performances by US National Champions Max Aaron, Alexa Scimeca Knierim and Christ Knierim as well as Kristen Fraser & Igor Lukanin. The cool part? After the event wraps, you'll get to skate with the Olympian stars for free! 

It all goes down Sunday, Dec 18 at 6pm, so make sure to mark your calendar.
