We’re calling them out by name—a list has been published of the 100 worst landlords in NYC. These are the people who shadily keep tenant rights a secret or just shrug when your radiator starts making annoying noises. Harry D. Silverstein and Allan Goldman, we’re looking at you.
The list is ranked by number of violations, and each name on the list has a map showing all the buildings to avoid living in even if it means crashing on a friend’s couch for a month instead. They’ll understand. And people win those housing lotteries in real life, right? Right?
