One of Manhattan's best food halls is making the move to Brooklyn come summer's end—Hell's Kitchen grub-court Gotham West Market will get a Fort Greene sibling a block down from BAM this fall, according to FloFab, and the prospective vendors list alone is already giving us hunger pangs.
Along with a stall dedicated to chef pop-ups, the new market will feature an outpost of acclaimed Long Island City noodle spot Mu Ramen, a stall from the comfort food–loving folks behind Mason Jar and three projects from Dinosaur Bar-B-Que founder John Stage, including a rotisserie-and-fried chicken outfit called Flip Bird and a pizzeria dubbed Apizza Regionale. The 16,000-square-foot hall will be located at 590 Fulton Street at the base of luxury residential building the Ashland.
