Okay, so it’s not the cheapest housing lottery out there, but it’s actually a bargain for this pharaoh-worthy building.

One of the craziest-looking buildings in NYC, Via 57 West just opened a new affordable housing lottery. It’s not the first time the pyramid-shaped building in Hell’s Kitchen raffled off its apartments, but it just added a new batch ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.

Prices start at $1,448 for a studio and $1,554 for a one-bedroom. No, that’s not the $396 housing lotteries we’re used to seeing in NYC, but this tetrahedron’s apartments are seriously swanky: Each one comes with a washer, dryer and dishwasher, and there’s also a pool, library and golf simulator available to residents.

You have until October 11 to apply and can find all the details here.
