[title]
Beloved local falafel chain Mamoun's is making moves in the East Village—well, not a huge move. The eastern outpost of New York's oldest falafel restaurant will shuffle up from its decade-long home of 22 St. Mark's Place to a double-the-size space at 30 St. Mark's Place on March 1st.
Not only does that increased square footage mean more elbow room to tuck into shawarma, kebobs and falafel-packed pitas, but it also gives the shop the capability to do more catering and, yes, delivery for the first time. Expanded menu items will also be introduced to the new location—think rice and feta cheese—and the formerly cash-only operation will also start accepting credit cards.
