You can’t beat a bodega BEC here in NYC, so LA’s famous Eggslut came up with an entirely new plan to dominate the East Coast.
Though an Eggslut pop-up arrived in NYC in March to long lines of Instagrammers and rave reviews, chef Alvin Cailan has done away with those sammies and created a new menu that just launched today.

The menu is all variations of toast, with classic avocado toast, a PB&J variation and open-faced breakfast sandwiches like the bacon-and-egg Chef and the salmon Fisherman with red onion relish.
You can find the new offerings at Chefs Club Counter in Soho, and take a look at the full menu here.
