Drink free cocktails with drag queens in an elevator next week

In today's edition of "bizarre corporate promotions involving Gay Pride," the W Hotel has announced Drag Queen Sips, a one-day event at which your favorite divas surprise guests and visitors on hotel elevators and hand out free drinks.

Each hotel will feature a different cocktail: there's Downtown's "Pink Flamingos," Union Square's "Shante, You Stay," Times Square's "Karma Chameleon," and Midtown East's "Let's Have a KiKi." As for the queens, it's a pretty fabulous lineup: Monét X Change, Pixie Aventura, Dina Delicious and hard-working diva Marti Gould Cummings. 

The event goes down on Friday June 23 from 3:30–8pm.
