Pastry wizard Dominique Ansel caused umpteenth buzz when he announced he had plans for a new made-to-order bakery in the West Village. Now the new spot has a set opening date, April 29th, and when it does open, executive pastry chef Karys Logue (Cafe Boulud, Tessa) will helm the menu, turning out classics like chocolate mousse and mille feuille, along with the eight courses served at the bakery's upstairs chef's table, Unlimited Possibilities.
