Skip your mushy oatmeal tomorrow morning and head to the Upper West Side for a free bowl of cereal personalized to your palate and flavor preference.
Momofuku's Christina Tosi will be bringing back her Kellogg's Cereal Bar pop-up in front of the Milk Bar outpost at 561 Columbus Ave from 7:30am to 3pm. When you visit, she'll speak with you individually to get a sense of you palate and flavor preference, then create a customized mix using six classic Kellogg's brands like Special K and Frosted Flakes, her cult-status Cereal Milk and over thirty different add-ins, including almond butter and toasted sesame seeds. Last time Tosi partnered with the cereal brand, creations ranged from traditional Raisin Bran with banana chips and nuts to funky Mini Wheats tossed with raspberries and a splash of ground coffee.
You'll basically be eating dessert for breakfast, and it won't cost you a thing.
